I had taken my cat here for diagnostics and found out I needed a wheel alignment. The prices were reasonable and Mike the owner was very kind.

I just had a 10 minute conversation with the owner and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here. Basically, I called for a second opinion on a repair estimate. He was so nice and spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining the mechanics of the repair. Although he said he would need to see the car, he said it would most likely be complicated (foreign car) and costly. This is a VERY honest and trustworthy person/establishment who knows cars and is not going to rip anyone off.

We love Advanced Auto! We have been going to them for several years for our regular car maintenance and have always received excellent service and fair prices. When we were looking at a used car to purchase, they were able to look it over and let us know if there were any issues. Recently we decided to put a hitch on our car and someone told us that a chain company known for trailer rental was a good place to go. When I priced it online, it seemed reasonable but I wasn't sure if it was the correct piece (plus I prefer to shop local when possible). I called Advanced Auto to see if they could do it. Not only did they go over all the options with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted, but they also quoted a price that was cheaper than the chain!
